Community rules

These rules cover forum topics, replies and player reviews. Updated 22 October 2026.

Who can contribute

Adults aged 18 or over can post with a nickname, without registration. The forum is in English and welcomes readers of every country edition. Guest nicknames are not verified identities, protected accounts or evidence of an operator relationship.

Keep it useful and honest

Ask a focused question, share your own experience and distinguish facts from assumptions. Do not copy another person’s posts, impersonate a player or operator, fabricate reviews, advertise, post referral codes or publish links. Explain what happened and give others enough context to respond.

Protect private information

Do not post passwords, login codes, seed phrases, account numbers, private contact details, identity documents, full payment references or unredacted transcripts. We do not need these to host a discussion. Use the operator’s verified secure channel for account matters.

Moderation

Every new guest contribution is held for review before publication. Moderators can approve, reject or hide contributions that breach these rules. Critical experiences and low ratings are welcome when they follow the rules. Use the Report control to flag spam, private information, abuse or misleading content. Publication timing depends on moderator availability.

Editorial posts and player ratings

Opening topics and follow-up notes from BetExpert360 are labelled Editorial team. Example conversations use fictional nicknames written by BetExpert360 Editorial. They illustrate questions and answers; they are not player accounts or reported experiences. Player ratings are based only on approved guest reviews and are separate from editorial assessments. No player rating is shown when no approved reviews exist. A moderated contribution is not a verified transaction.

Safer conversations

Do not encourage chasing losses, borrowing to gamble, bypassing age checks, geographic controls or self-exclusion. Do not target people who are trying to stop gambling. This forum cannot access casino accounts, settle bets, recover funds or provide binding decisions on complaints.

Correction, privacy and contact

Guest posts do not have account-based editing or recovery. To request a correction or removal, contact affiliate@deptowin.com with the public post link; do not send identity documents.
